I've been doing Lindsay's HIIT camp for over a year now which is amazing for me considering I used to hate exercise and didn't even know what a burpee was! I was overweight, unfit & lacked energy & can now say Lindsay has motivated me to enjoy exercise. I used to take out gym memberships but would cancel soon after, I feel, due to the lack of commitment and continuity from such clubs. I needed someone to keep me interested and push me to limits I never knew I had. HIIT camp, an early morning regime consisting of varied workouts, never sees me bored & wanting to give up. Metafit, Circuits, Insanity and much more were introduced to me, shifting the pounds, inches & body fat making massive changes to my body shape.

Lindsay's compassion & determination to see you grit your teeth & sweat is what keeps me coming back for more. As well as the physical benefits, HIIT camp has given me more energy & made me a happier person. I never used to be a morning person but by exercising first thing, I find, sets you up for the day & wakes you up especially during the summer months outdoors. I have found something I love doing & is part of my lifestyle. I now get what all the fuss about exercise is about! Thanks Lindsay.
