My name is Lindsay Davies. I am a Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, Mum & Wife.
Health, Fitness and Nutrition have always played a part in my life, it's something which I am truly passionate about. I motivate & challenge my clients to reach their goals & change their lifestyle's to ultimately be the best they can be.
I've always exercised. When I was younger I was a member of two swimming clubs and trained most days. When I stopped swimming in my teens I gained weight so I joined a gym & plucked up the courage to participate in my first group exercise class. Ever since I've been hooked on fitness! I trained during two pregnancies right up to the births!
I am in love with weight training, it's not all about endless hours of cardio, yes it can have it's place & I am a big fan of HIIT Training but there is something really empowering about shifting heavy weights. I train hard myself & practice what I preach. It's not just for the guys, I hope to inspire other women to want to lift heavy & get fantastic results!
My Classes, Bootcamp & Personal Training sessions are based in the Ellesmere Port & Chester area. I teach INSANITY by Beach Body, Les Mills Body Pump & Body Combat, Metafit & BootCamp Fitness. I'm also a Level 3 Pilates instructor, Level 3 Nutritional Advisor & Level 2 Gymnastics Coach (Sport Acrobatics/Tumbling).
